I have been seeing EB for one-on-one yoga therapy for almost a year.  After years of traditional talk therapy with different practitioners, EB's style is a welcome relief.  Her attitude is up-beat and helpful and the yoga portion is adapted to my needs on that day.  In the past I left therapy feeling emotionally drained and sometimes angry.  When I leave Big Yoga Yoga I feel light and hopeful.  I highly recommend EB and Big Yoga Yoga!!

I came to Integrated Movement Therapy with E.B as an extension to my ongoing education in alternative medicine/physical therapy, but quickly became a willing patient.  E.B. creates a safe place for exploring both thoughts and physical limitations in a way that both challenges and supports this process through a sequence of breath-work, talk, asana and relaxation. Being able to combine movement with therapy was such a wonderful way for me to keep my thoughts flowing, and build confidence at the same time.  I was energetically attracted to E.B. and her approach with my son and the other children upon my first visit. I loved her calm present energy. Being present and on the child's program is so important yet seems so rare for so many image makers. I am a big believer in more YES time with our children and when she had a game entitled the YES game, I knew I found what we where looking for with our son Nate. My son is slow to warm up to group activities and he immediately looked forward to going back to the group class.
