Where mental and physical health meet
EB has practicing yoga with children for over two years.  She uses the IMT, Integrated Movement Therapy® method, working with small groups of 2-4 children.  Children have fun while developing their communication skills, leadership, memory, motor skills, and most importantly self-esteem.

The IMT® method helps children of all abilities, including those on the Autism spectrum and those with attention deficit issues.  She helps children identify with the best parts of themselves, as well as those around them.  Using yoga as a medium for games, language development and socialization, kids enjoy this fun, engaging activity.

These semi-private classes allows kids to build friendships & self-esteem, in a safe, therapeutic environment.  It uses Integrated Movement Therapy® to draw upon each child’s strengths, and move toward a more calm, competent and confident way of life.  Using yoga games, the kids will learn:

Structure & Continuity           Physicality            Self-calming            Social Skills

               Communication Skills                  Increased Self-esteem
